Bishop, the creative force behind the thrash punk solo project The Kill Chain, embarked on his musical journey at the tender age of 14 when he first picked up a guitar. However, in 2023, Bishop faced significant personal challenges when he began suffering from severe spinal issues that led to multiple surgeries. Rather than succumbing to the boredom and frustration of recovery, he channeled his experiences into a newfound creative outlet, resulting in The Kill Chain. This solo project allowed him to explore his musical roots while adding a contemporary twist, blending fast-paced thrash rhythms with punk influences.
